If you’ve ever felt like you don’t quite fit in, have been bullied, or left therapy feeling unseen, you’re definitely not alone. My practice is all about supporting people who feel like they don’t belong to any one group or don’t fit the usual mold—whether that’s because of anxiety, being neurodivergent, cultural or racial identity, introversion, or anything else that makes you unique. I’ve been on my own healing journey, so I know how important it is to be truly heard. I focus on building real connections, helping you spot what’s causing stress or anxiety, and shining the light on the cracks where we create space for change.
