Great to meet you!

I have a broad array of clinical experiences working with clients from different economic, racial, political, and religious backgrounds. I have worked successfully with mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and OCD. I received my Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from Loyola University Maryland and provided outpatient therapy in a Community Mental Health setting in West Baltimore before moving to Oregon and continuing my clinical work.

My approach to therapy

I employ an integrative, insight oriented therapeutic style drawing from Existential, Psychodynamic, and Mindfulness based approaches. I am trained in Exposure and Response Prevention therapy as well as CBT.
