Great to meet you!

Hi and welcome. If you're looking for a safe, human space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors—you're in the right place. My goal is to not only provide that space but to support you in building skills, confidence, and meaningful connections. Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in real connection. You don’t have to go through it alone. Let’s work together to help you thrive, not just survive.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with a strong emphasis on mindfulness, validation, and the gentle restructuring of core beliefs. I strive to create a space where you feel seen and supported as we explore not just surface-level patterns, but the deeper “why behind the why.” Together, we’ll build insight, shift perspectives, and uncover tools that foster lasting change and greater self-understanding.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, clients often leave sessions with a greater sense of clarity, calm, and confidence. You’ll gain deeper insight into your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors—along with strategies to manage them in real time. Whether we’re processing difficult moments or celebrating growth, each session is designed to leave you feeling grounded, understood, and empowered to navigate life with greater ease and self-compassion.
