Great to meet you!

Welcome!

I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor (LCMHC) and a licensed clinical addiction specialist (LCAS). I help adults with a variety of challenges, from life transitions to mental health concerns. I offer a grounded, supportive space where you can show up as yourself and explore what’s been holding you back. I believe healing is built through a strong therapeutic relationship grounded in trust and compassion.

My approach to therapy

My Approach

My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative. I am down-to-earth and compassionate. I want you to feel safe, supported, and truly heard.

I use evidence-based methods like solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, internal family systems, and EMDR. I also encourage somatic work and mindfulness techniques to support lasting, meaningful change. I adjust these approaches to fit each person’s unique needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

In the Room

When life feels overwhelming, or you’re feeling stuck, therapy can help you slow down and make sense of what you’re carrying. I provide a steady, nonjudgmental space to explore what’s been getting in the way and to reconnect with your strengths. My work is collaborative, grounded, and focused on helping you create real, sustainable change.

Healing doesn’t start with having all the answers—it starts with being willing to explore what’s already inside you, and from the first session, we can begin doing just that.
