My clinical therapy practice focuses on supporting children, adolescents, and adults of all ages, men and women, in addressing emotional and mental health challenges through a psychoeducational, strengths-based approach, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), goal-directed therapy, and positive psychology–informed interventions.
I work collaboratively with my clients to set clear, meaningful goals and build on their existing strengths so they can develop practical skills, increase resilience, and experience lasting change. I believe that everyone has the capacity to grow, heal, and overcome life’s challenges, and I am committed to creating a safe, respectful, and empowering space where you can move toward greater well-being and personal fulfillment.
