I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy and Existential Therapist along with stress management, mood regulation, anxiety reduction, and work/life balance interventions.
I am licensed in Ohio, New York, Utah, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Minnesota, and Florida. I am also a well as a Certified Wellness Counselor, Trauma Therapist, and a Gerontologist. I have been licensed for 9 years and have been in the mental health field for over 15 years. I have helped adults, children, couples, teens, older adults, and families navigating difficult situations, improve relationships, and thrive.
