Great to meet you!

"I’m a licensed clinical counselor passionate about helping people feel heard, understood, and empowered. In our work together, I provide a safe space where you can explore challenges, discover your strengths, and create lasting change. My goal is to support you in building resilience, deepening self-awareness, and living a life that feels authentic and fulfilling."

My approach to therapy

My approach will employ a holistic and flexible approach, integrating multiple therapeutic models to best address your unique circumstances, history, strengths, and goals. This means your therapy may combine techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in addition to other treatment modalities encompassing an eclectic approach.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be one where we spend a bit of time figuring out what to work on in therapy. The first session is primarily about connection, understanding your goals, and establishing a safe, collaborative space for therapy.
