Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s in Social Work from Tulane University and a Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance. My approach is holistic and compassionate, integrating mindfulness, somatic awareness, and evidence-based strategies to support healing and growth. I have experience in crisis intervention, adult outpatient care, adolescent inpatient treatment, education with youth, and working with individuals managing chronic pain and stress. I’m also trained in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), which informs my work in helping clients build resilience and find balance. At the heart of my practice is a deep commitment to helping people feel supported, empowered, and connected on their path forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach is holistic and grounded in empathy, kindness, and inclusivity. I help clients build insight, identify what’s working, and find practical tools to move forward—whether that means shifting unhelpful patterns, making meaningful changes, or simply navigating life with more clarity and confidence. Therapy with me is collaborative and thoughtful, with room for reflection, progress, and even a little humor along the way.

What you can expect from me

In sessions with me, clients can expect a supportive space where they feel heard, respected, and genuinely understood. Together, we’ll explore what’s most important to you, identify patterns that may be getting in the way, and build practical tools for navigating life with more ease and confidence. You’ll leave with greater clarity, a deeper connection to your own strengths, and strategies tailored to your unique needs. Whether you’re working through a specific challenge or seeking personal growth, my goal is to help you feel grounded, empowered, and more at home in yourself.
