Great to meet you!

Credentials and Experience

I'm a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in Oklahoma and Colorado, a board-certified counselor (NCC), and hold a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision - which means I don't just practice therapy, I train and supervise other therapists. That clinical depth shapes everything about how I work with clients.

My specialization is neurocounseling: integrating what we know about the brain and nervous system into practical, grounded therapy. I also hold specialized training in telehealth - so working with you virtually isn't a workaround, it's where I do my best work.

I work with adults navigating anxiety, burnout, trauma, identity, and the particular kind of exhaustion that comes from holding everything together for too long.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, grounded, and no-nonsense. I blend neuroscience with practical strategies, so you actually feel different - not just more articulate about your problems. You'll learn to tune in to your body, make sense of your thoughts, and build patterns that support the life you want.

We move at your pace, but I won't let you drift. I draw on CBT, DBT, and somatic techniques depending on what fits you, not just what's in the textbook. Expect honesty, compassion, and a space where real progress is the standard.

What you can expect from me

We'll spend your first session getting oriented - what's bringing you in, what's been tried before, and what you actually want from this process. I'll ask direct questions and give you direct answers. You won't leave wondering what just happened or whether therapy is right for you.

Most clients leave that first session feeling less alone in what they're carrying and clearer about what comes next. That's the goal: not to fix everything at once, but to give you a real foothold.

You don't have to be ready. You just have to be willing to show up.
