Great to meet you!

I specialize in providing collaborative treatment and support for adolescents, adults, and parents. I have experience working with most family types to help improve parent-child relationships. I also provide individual support to collaboratively address symptoms related to depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions and stressors, relationship challenges, grief and loss, and self-esteem. My counseling approach is client-centered, direct and non-judgmental.

My approach to therapy

Together we will work to achieve client-identified goals to enhance your quality of life. The initial sessions are spent identifying strengths, challenges and treatment goals. We use the goals to help monitor progress being made.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to take away skills that can be used daily such as breathing techniques, thought stopping skills and the use of coping skills.
