Great to meet you!

Hello there!

I'm so glad you're here. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I've had the privilege of walking alongside individuals on their healing journeys for the past 17 years. My passion lies in helping people navigate the ups and downs of life, and I've worked with adults and adolescents who have a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, gender identity issues, LGBTQ+ matters, women's issues, military life challenges, and so much more.

My treatment specialties include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which helps us understand how our thoughts impact our feelings and behaviors, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which focuses on accepting difficult thoughts and feelings while committing to actions that align with your values.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is all about collaboration and creating a relaxed, comfortable space where you feel heard and understood. I believe that you are the expert on your own life, and together, we'll explore what's been challenging you and discover the strengths you already possess to move forward. It's a team effort, and I'm here to support you every step of the way!

What you can expect from me

My goal as a therapist is to empower individuals to cultivate a deeper understanding of themselves and their interactions with the world, enabling them to navigate life's challenges effectively and achieve more favorable outcomes.
