I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, and Board Certified Counselor (NCC), in Jacksonville, NC. I've spent my entire adult life in some sort of helping profession. Prior to becoming a Mental Health Counselor, I served in the Navy as a Hospital Corpsman, I was a teacher, and a School Counselor.
I understand that no two people nor their experiences are alike. Individualized treatment is a must. I feel that it is important to build a rapport and trust with each client. As a therapist, I will help clients identify goals and potential solutions to issues that are causing difficulty and uncertainty.
My goal is to provide a safe, inclusive, culturally sensitive, and non judgmental space for my clients.
