Anxiety, Depression, Relationship Issues, Stress, and Trauma

Great to meet you!

Are you are bombarded with constant worry, overthinking, and what-if scenarios? Filled with self-doubt and feeling like you aren't good enough? I’m guessing this has impacted how you show up in your life, in work, and in your relationships--and you’re exhausted. I can help you understand why these things are happening and teach you what you can do about it. I specialize in anxiety, depression, and relationship concerns and have been very successful in helping clients to reach their goals.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My therapy style is conversational and casual. I bring a real-life, no-nonsense approach to therapy with a side of humor (and maybe a bit of sarcasm). I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and psychodynamic approaches. Simply put, I help you to make sense of your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and negative thinking patterns. I dig deep to discover how your past is affecting you now and identify unhealthy “blueprints” to life and relationships that were learned in childhood.

What you can expect from our first session

You will walk away from therapy with me feeling hopeful, heard, understood, relieved, and armed with the knowledge and skill to move forward with the life you envision. To ensure you are successful in achieving your goals, I will give you actionable steps and skills to address what is getting in the way and create a plan forward.
