Great to meet you!

If you’re feeling stuck in your own head, second-guessing yourself, overthinking everything, or feeling weighed down by a relationship that’s not working—I get it. Living with anxiety can feel like your mind never shuts off and experiencing depression can leave you feeling drained, unmotivated, and disconnected. Relationship struggles—whether it’s conflict, uncertainty, or feeling unseen—can take a toll on your sense of security and self-worth. Over time, these challenges can chip away at your energy, confidence, and hope, leaving you unsure of how to move forward.

My approach to therapy

My therapy style is conversational and casual. I bring a real-life, no-nonsense approach to therapy with a side of humor. I use a combination of Internal Family Systems and insight oriented approaches. Simply put, I help you get in touch with wounded parts of yourself and learn to connect with them which results in parts no longer carrying heavy burdens. We dig deep to discover how your past is affecting you now and identify unhealthy “blueprints” to life and relationships that were learned in childhood. Together we can answer the question of "why do I do this?" and "what can I do about it?"

What you can expect from me

You will walk away from therapy feeling empowered, understood, relieved, and armed with the knowledge and skill to move forward with the life you envision. To ensure you are successful in achieving your goals, I will give you actionable steps and skills to address what is getting in the way and create a plan forward.
