Great to meet you!

Hello, I'm Gino Memoli, a licensed therapist specializing in personality disorders, mood disorders, and trauma. I hold a Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from Alliant International University. I primarily use the person-centered modality to facilitate deep personal healing. I also focus on LGBTQIA+ couples and families, employing the Gottman Method to enhance relationships. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where clients can achieve personal growth and resilience.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is direct, compassionate, and collaborative. I believe every part of you exists for a reason—even the ones that feel messy or hard to understand. I help you explore those parts with curiosity rather than judgment, so you can make meaningful changes without losing who you are. Therapy with me is a space where you can be honest, feel supported, and start to shift what’s no longer working.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to leave sessions with greater clarity, self-awareness, and practical insight into their emotional patterns and relationships. You’ll start to understand the “why” behind your reactions, learn how to respond differently, and build tools to create more ease in your daily life. Most importantly, you’ll feel supported in showing up as your full self—no filters, no pressure to perform—just space to grow.
