Great to meet you!

Many of the people I work with feel stuck in cycles of trauma, anxiety, depression, or substance use—knowing what’s happening logically, but still finding themselves reacting in ways they don’t want to, shutting down emotionally, appearing fine on the exterior but struggling internally, or feeling overwhelmed by everyday stress.

Therapy with me is focused on helping you break out of those patterns so you can feel more emotionally steady, grounded, and in control of how you respond to life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed, structured, and collaborative. I focus on helping you understand where patterns come from while also building practical ways to change how they show up in your present life.

I integrate EMDR and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help process distressing experiences and reduce their emotional intensity, while also strengthening coping skills and emotional regulation in daily life.

The goal is not just insight—it’s helping you feel and function differently in real, measurable ways.
