Great to meet you!

If you’ve been carrying the weight of past trauma, living with constant anxiety, or trying to cope with the stress of chronic health challenges, life can feel overwhelming. My role is to help you make sense of what’s holding you back, build on your strengths, and make sustainable changes — with a straightforward, no-nonsense approach.

With over 15 years of professional experience, I bring an understanding of resilience and healing to my practice, supporting individuals through trauma, abuse, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, life transitions, and co-occurring medical conditions.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in the belief that every person has the right to make their own choices and the ability to draw on their inherent strengths. As your therapist, I’ll be clear and direct — helping you recognize those strengths, stay accountable, and build the resilience and support you need to face life’s challenges head-on.

What you can expect from me

If you don’t see a time that works for you, feel free to reach out — I’m happy to find a time that fits your schedule.

I look forward to speaking with you about how I may be able to help, whether it's your first time seeking therapy or you're returning after a break. Our initial conversation will focus on a brief introduction and deciding whether I'm a good fit for you. It's important to feel comfortable and confident with the pace of your progress and that requires a combination of my expertise and your willingness to lean into the process.
