Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP) and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with many years of clinical experience. I provide compassionate, evidence-based care to adults experiencing a wide range of mental health and medical conditions. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, trauma-related disorders, and medication management. I take a holistic, patient-centered approach and work collaboratively with each client to develop individualized treatment plans. My goal is to create a supportive, judgment-free environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to achieve lasting wellness.

My approach to therapy

I believe in providing compassionate, patient-centered care that treats the whole person, not just their symptoms. I work collaboratively with each client to develop individualized treatment plans based on their unique needs, goals, and preferences. My approach combines evidence-based medication management with supportive education and encouragement to promote lasting mental wellness. I strive to create a safe, respectful, and judgment-free environment where clients feel comfortable discussing their concerns. Together, we focus on building resilience, improving quality of life, and achieving meaningful, sustainable progress.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free environment where they can openly discuss their concerns. I will complete a comprehensive assessment of their mental health, medical history, current symptoms, and treatment goals. Together, we will identify their priorities and develop an individualized treatment plan that may include medication management, education, and lifestyle recommendations. I encourage clients to ask questions and actively participate in decisions about their care. My goal is for every client to leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and confident about the next steps in their treatment.
