Hi I'm Glenda, I have experience working in hospital medicine social work, inpatient psychiatry, crisis work, and community mental health, supporting individuals through a wide range of challenges. I have a special interest in working with healthcare professionals, first responders, law enforcement personnel, and others in high-stress-careers. Drawing from my trainings in social work, forensic psychology, and military mental health, I provide a practical, and supportive approach. My goal is to help individuals manage stress, build skills, and reach meaningful goals.

I beleive therapy works best when it is collaborative, practical, and focused on your goals. I have experience in providing Seeking Safety, CBT, solution focused therapy, and CPT.
