Hi! I'm Glenn, and I've been helping individuals and families for 13 years. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (OR) and Licensed Mental Health Counselor (WA). I primarily work towards helping you find the best solutions for yourself to build practical coping skills and foster positive change in a friendly, non-judgmental space.

My approach to therapy

I use, among various toolboxes: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Rational-Emotive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Family Therapy. I use a mix of warm, inviting atmosphere with challenging to be a better you.
