Great to meet you!

Hello, and welcome. I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and I am passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to individuals across the lifespan. I support clients with concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma-related challenges, stress, and other psychiatric needs. I know reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, so I work hard to create a space where you can feel safe, comfortable, and truly heard. My goal is for you to feel supported from the very beginning and confident that you do not have to navigate this alone.

My approach to therapy

My approach to treatment is collaborative, holistic, and centered around you as a whole person. I believe care works best when you feel respected, empowered, and actively involved, so we will work together to create a treatment plan that fits your goals, values, and unique needs. I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, supportive therapy, and education so you can better understand your mental health and your options. I also focus on building trust, strengthening coping skills, and supporting long-term emotional wellness and stability. I want our work together to feel practical, personalized, and encouraging every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

In our first sessions, you can expect a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment where we take the time to talk through what brings you in and what support you are looking for. I will ask questions about your symptoms, history, current stressors, past treatment experiences, and personal goals so I can get a full picture of your needs. I also want you to know that this is a conversation, not just an evaluation, and there will always be space for your questions and concerns. Together, we will begin creating a personalized treatment plan that may include medication management, supportive therapy, coping strategies, and practical next steps. My hope is that you leave feeling supported, understood, and more hopeful about your path forward. If you are ready to begin your journey toward healing and wellness, I would be honored to support you.
