Great to meet you!

If you're here, part of you is ready for something to change. Maybe you're worn down by constant worry, stuck in the same painful patterns, or stretched thin by everything on your plate, with little left for yourself. Part of you may quietly wonder if something is wrong with you, if you are too much, or not enough. You don't have to carry it alone.

I'm Dr. Glorianne Vázquez, a bilingual clinical psychologist. I help women feel truly seen, heard, and understood, with connection, curiosity, and compassion. I understand the weight of worry and the overwhelm of daily life, and I want to help you live with more intention, self-compassion, and ease.

My work is grounded in evidence-based psychotherapy and the science of emotion and attachment. Sessions are available in English and Spanish. Sesiones en español.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I offer a non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions honestly, turn inward, and reconnect with your true self.

My primary approach is Internal Family Systems (IFS), built on a hopeful idea: you are not broken. The anxious part, the inner critic, the part that over-gives or shuts down, each one is trying to protect you and has something to say when we listen. Beneath the worry, self-criticism, attachment wounds, and relational trauma is a calm, wise core that already knows how to heal, and I walk the path alongside you as you find your way back to it.

I also integrate attachment-based, compassion-focused, and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) approaches when they support your goals, and I help you carry what you discover into everyday life.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm space where you feel truly seen, heard, and understood. Whether you're carrying worry and anxiety, the heaviness of depression, grief after a loss, attachment wounds, or conflict in your closest relationships, so many women share the same quiet belief: that they are not capable, or unworthy of the love and ease they long for. That belief is not the truth of who you are, and together we begin to loosen its hold.

Together, we build a more trusting, kinder relationship with yourself, a deeper sense of self-worth, the ability to set boundaries, and the freedom to heal and break the generational cycles you don't want to keep carrying.

Taking the first step is easier than it feels right now. Send me a message or book a first session using the button on this page, and from our first conversation you'll feel heard as we begin creating the calm, confidence, and connection you've been longing for.
