I’m passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion, evidence-based care, and practical strategies. I take a collaborative approach to treatment, working closely with each patient to understand their unique story and goals. I look forward to meeting you and supporting you on your journey toward better mental health.

My approach to therapy

In my work with clients, I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative space where people feel truly heard and supported. My approach is rooted in empathy and curiosity, and I tailor treatment to meet each individual's unique needs and goals.

I often draw from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and trauma-informed care. I believe that healing happens not just through insight, but through practical tools, medication management and consistent support. Clients have described my style as grounded, compassionate, and direct in a way that feels respectful and empowering. I specialize in working with adults, adolescents, depending on the needs and circumstances to children from 6 years old navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, life transitions, bipolar, personality, stress-related, and certain psychotic conditions. I also have a strong interest in supporting individuals with ADHD and those recovering from trauma. Whether someone is looking for clarity, coping skills, or long-term healing, my goal is to help them reconnect with their strengths and move toward a more fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with greater clarity, and a sense of being genuinely heard and supported. My goal is to help you not only understand what you're going through, but also equip you to manage challenges more effectively in daily life. Whether we're working through anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, or life transitions, you'll gain insight and develop new ways to feel more aligned with your values and goals.

Each session is tailored to where you are in the moment. Regardless of the focus, my commitment is to support your growth in a way that feels safe, collaborative, and meaningful.
