Great to meet you!

Grace Lamour (she/her) is a trauma-informed, culturally competent therapist passionate about helping clients gain insight, resilience, and self-awareness. As a child of immigrants, Grace deeply understands how identity, cultural expectations, and oppression influence mental health.

She supports clients with anxiety, generational trauma, and self-worth through CBT, psychodynamic, and person-centered techniques. Grace creates a collaborative, accessible space for individuals and families—especially BIPOC and first-gen clients—to process, heal, and thrive.

My approach to therapy

I believe in meeting clients where they are. My approach is collaborative and integrative, drawing from CBT, psychodynamic, and Rogerian therapies. Together, we identify patterns shaped by culture, trauma, and relationships—and work toward building insight, clarity, and emotional resilience.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel supported, seen, and gently challenged. Through our work, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of your emotional patterns, improve self-awareness, and develop the tools needed to navigate life’s transitions with confidence. My space welcomes humor, honesty, and cultural nuance.
