Great to meet you!

My therapeutic work is grounded in the belief that we all long for connection, acceptance, safety, and belonging. I bring a trauma-informed approach to counseling that emphasizes both relational trust and the wisdom of the body. At the heart of my work is a deep trust in your innate capacity for healing and wholeness.

My approach to therapy

I integrate somatic approaches that foster awareness of the body and nervous system, creating space for healing to unfold not only in thought and emotion, but also through embodied experience and authentic self-expression.

I also draw from Gestalt therapy, which emphasizes present-moment awareness and the unfolding of direct experience. Together, we can explore how your needs, feelings, and choices arise, and bring gentle attention to the places where your natural flow may feel blocked. This process supports clarity, integration, and a stronger sense of self.

Because healing is not one-size-fits-all, I weave these approaches alongside Internal Family Systems and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, tailoring our work to what feels most supportive for you. I bring my grounded, authentic, and compassionate self to each session, practicing unconditional positive regard. Therapy, as I see it, is a co-created journey.
