Great to meet you!

You're genuinely welcome here. I understand that facing substance abuse, along with related challenges like depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma, can be incredibly difficult. Since 2022, I've been dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey to healing. With a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, I offer specialized guidance and support.

My approach to therapy

At the heart of my approach is the belief that a sense of belonging is essential for healing. Recognizing that feelings of aloneness can fuel emotional and behavioral difficulties, I prioritize establishing a strong, supportive connection with each client. It is through this warmth and compassion that I employ certain approaches like IFS, ACT, PCT, and ART, making for a safe and connective therapeutic experience.

What you can expect from me

Through our work together, you can expect to gain a deeper understanding and acceptance of your authentic self. This self-awareness will empower you to align your thoughts, feelings, and actions with your true nature, guiding you toward a more fulfilling and genuine life.
