Hi! I'm Greer. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Arizona and North Carolina; specializing in relational and personal obstacles and challenges. I am here to work for you, learn about you, and how you got here. We will collaborate on where you want your life, mind, and heart to go. I've worked with families, kiddos, grown ups, couples and LGBTQA+ populations. I get my motivation from seeing lives improve! To get to be a part of your journey and success is an honor!
Our main therapeutic strategies will include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to challenge those pesky thought distortions, Reality Therapy to dig into realistic scenarios/plans for the best and worst; and, my personal favorite, Philosophical Therapy to dive into your core beliefs and answers already within your psyche.
Time together will be spent like we are watching your own personal life's show. We will sit back and introduce ourselves to where you are and where you want to go. We'll dive into your unique conflicts and build up's. We may end on a cliff hanger, a to be continued, or even a stay tuned for more updates; but we will work episode by episode to seek your happy ending and resolution!
