Great to meet you!

Have you ever felt overwhelmed, stuck, burdened by fears, and quite simply lost? I think we all have at one time or another. My life has brought me through a winding path and, along the way, I have met some amazing people... clients that are doing their best despite the burden they carry. Despite my two master's degrees and my 20+ years of counseling experience, I continue to get chills when clients have that "ah-ha" moment and start on a new path in their life.

My approach to therapy

I value the uniqueness of you. No person, conflict, issue, or struggle is the same.

Throughout the years, I've gained considerable experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families as they address their interpersonal problems, mood disorders, substance abuse issues, and difficulties stemming from family conflict. My approach will always be to meet you where you are at and help you be the best 'you' that you can be today.

What you can expect from me

As you can likely tell by now, my approach is eclectic and very client-centered. My goals will always be your goals. I don't believe that it is my role to ever tell you what you should want for your life. I strive to create an environment in sessions that allows you to open up, share things you haven't shared before, and realize what is holding you back from your healthy/happy life.
