Great to meet you!

Is the feeling of not being good enough creeping up on you? I became a therapist to help relieve the painful isolation that comes when people feel alone in their suffering. Sharing one's innermost struggles can be an incredibly vulnerable yet transformative act. I know firsthand how giving voice to our deepest pains & worries can free us from their burden. As a practitioner, it is my solemn duty & privilege to create a safe space where people can give voice to their challenges without judgment.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is person-centered CBT, understanding the roots of cognitive patterns and gently challenging them to develop healthier perspectives. I specialize in working with people struggling with depression, anxiety, family issues, loneliness, and social anxiety. Those suffering from loneliness often feel empty, forgotten, or disconnected from others. I offer perspective to challenge the veracity of these anxious thoughts. We can reframe how you view social scenarios & interactions.

What you can expect from me

I collaborate with each client to map out their unique cognitive patterns and triggers. Together we'll work to uncover the origins of unhelpful thought processes and make gradual but meaningful shifts toward more constructive perspectives. My goal is to empower people to transform their relationship with their own thoughts and emotions, so they can reclaim a sense of hope, belonging, and purpose.
