Great to meet you!

I am a doctoral candidate at Southwestern College in Santa Fe, New Mexico, with a master’s degree in counseling and over 17 years of experience. My work experience includes couples, individual, and family counseling, life coaching, stress-reduction techniques, and wellness training models. I work equally well with women and men to meet the challenges of authentic living while fulfilling cherished life goals.

A bit about my approach to therapy

In addition to Western modalities, Indigenous Knowledge Systems (IKS) and traditional practices inform my therapeutic approach. I work equally well with women and men to help them meet the challenges of authentic living while fulfilling cherished life goals. My therapeutic philosophy is embodied, humanistic, and relational.
