Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should be a space where you can tell your story—sometimes for the first time out loud—without shame, embarrassment, or fear of judgment. I’m warm, curious, and genuine, and clients have described me as someone who likes to “stir the pot” a little while always bringing things back to something meaningful. I may give you a little nugget to think about between sessions, and my hope is that you leave feeling heard, understood, and a little more hopeful about what’s possible.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and exploratory, drawing from Narrative Therapy, CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and trauma-informed care. Together, we’ll explore your story, identify patterns and negative thoughts that may be keeping you stuck, and challenge them with perspectives that are realistic, true, and empowering. I don’t believe in simply forcing positive thinking—I want our conversations to give you meaningful insights and practical things to think about or work on between sessions.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is about getting to know each other, understanding what brought you to therapy, and beginning to explore what you want to be different. You don’t need to have the perfect words or everything figured out—we’ll take it one step at a time. I’ll listen, ask questions, get curious, and help you begin identifying where we can go from here. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, respected, and thinking, “Okay, I think I can actually do this.”
