Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Guilaine Bell. Since 2008, I've combined my personal experience and expertise as a psychotherapist and transformational coach to help people struggling with anxiety, depression, and emotional overwhelm – from abused children in hospitals to high-achieving adults. I am passionate about what I do and am blessed to be able to help others in the capacity I do. I look forward to helping you in your journey of healing.

My approach to therapy

I typically use a holistic approach for my clients drawing from Cognitive Behavioral therapy and other modalities. I understand that everyone is unique in nature and people are not cookie cutters, so I wait until a couple of sessions to determine which modalities might be best for the client. I will challenge you to grow and go deeper with you to find the root of the problem instead of staying on a surface level.

What you can expect from me

Doing our first session, we will discover your goals, your expectation for therapy and create a comprehensive plan of how to reach those goals through working together. I do my best to create a safe and nonjudgmental environment for all of my clients. I know therapy could be anxiety provoking for some so the sessions are pretty much relaxed and intimidating.
