I use a psychodynamic frame drawing from specialized training in Complex Trauma, CBT, DBT, EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems (IFS), IMAGO Relationship Therapy, IFIO and Life Coaching, Mindfulness and Collaborative Dispute practices. These treatment interventions have proven transformative in bringing relief to those suffering from the debilitating effects of neglect and abuse; as well as immobilizing depression and anxiety.
