I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with several years experience. I have been blessed with the compassion to provide clients a warm, safe and caring environment. I provide individual, couples and family therapy. I am experience to work with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, crisis intervention and life event changes.
I take a client centered approach for all my clients. I am direct in my approach but warm and caring. I currently use EMDR to address current and past concerns.
