Great to meet you!

My name is Hadley, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I earned my Master's degree from Walden University. I have experience working with individuals across a variety of settings, helping people navigate anxiety, trauma, depression, ADHD, eating disorders, women's health issues, religious trauma, and life transitions.

I have specialized training in EMDR and maternal mental health.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard and respected. I believe therapy works best as a collaborative process, and I will work alongside you to help you meet your goals at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. My priority is understanding who you are, what has brought you to therapy, and what you hope to gain from our work together.
