Hailee Richards

Hello! My name is Hailee Richards, and I am a Licensed Master Social Worker. I graduated from Northern Michigan University in 2023 and have experience working with adolescents through older adults across a variety of settings.

Throughout my training and career, I’ve had the opportunity to work with survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, individuals navigating cancer, and clients experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns in outpatient settings. These experiences have shaped my passion for creating a therapeutic space that feels comfortable, genuine, and judgment-free.

I especially enjoy working with clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, sexuality and gender-related concerns, and major life transitions. I believe therapy can be particularly helpful during times when life feels uncertain, overwhelming, or simply different than you expected. Whether you’re working through a difficult transition, trying to better understand yourself, or feeling stuck and unsure of what comes next, I want to help you move toward where you want to be.

My approach is eclectic and individualized, meaning I tailor therapy to your unique needs, goals, and experiences. Together, we’ll begin building an understanding of your story and what support will be most helpful moving forward.

Your first session should feel relaxed, comfortable, and centered around you. We’ll take time to get to know each other, explore what brings you to therapy, and discuss what you hope to get out of our work together.
