Great to meet you!

I work primarily with people on the autism spectrum (whether formally diagnosed, self diagnosed, or just a hunch) who feel shame for being different. With my bachelor’s and my master’s in social work, as well as a minor in special education, I aim to bridge the gap between mental health and neurodiversity. My focus is not on the specific tools to help someone become more “normal,” rather on helping people find deeper understanding of who they are both because of and apart from their neurodiversity so they can be their true self in a way that feels good to them.

My approach to therapy

I come to each client with a nonjudgmental, person-centered approach and I will do whatever I can to to help someone move closer to being their best self. I believe that each person deserves love, respect, and support no matter what. I am a fierce advocate for others and a relentless support for those who need it, and I am here to be that for every client.

What you can expect from me

After our intake where I do my best to get a full picture of who you are and what you've been through, we establish goals for treatment and move forward in whatever way suits you best. I firmly believe that you are the expert of your experience, and with that I let you dictate what is important for you to talk about and focus on in sessions. For some clients that looks like talking through their week, for some it's analyzing specific difficult experiences from their past, and for many it's somewhere in between. My approach is collaborative; I want to empower you to navigate your own journey and I am here to support you through it.
