Great to meet you!

My clinical experience includes treating depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, substance use disorders, and trauma. I use a personalized, evidence-based approach that draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Somatic Experiencing, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Seeking Safety. My work is grounded in trauma-informed care, with a focus on supporting young adults and working professionals.

My approach to therapy

I am committed to fostering resilience and long-term wellness in my clients through a blend of creativity, active listening, and strategic problem-solving. I value forming honest, collaborative relationships with individuals who are motivated to grow, heal, or simply explore what therapy has to offer.

What you can expect from me

We’ll talk about what’s been going on for you, what you’d like help with, and how therapy can fit into your life. There’s no pressure to share everything right away—we’ll go at your pace. I’ll also explain how telehealth works and answer any questions you might have. All you really need is a private space, an internet connection, and yourself. From there, we’ll start building a relationship that feels genuine and helpful.
