Great to meet you!

As a new mother, I have become passionate about working with new moms as they navigate the profound transition into motherhood. This season of life can bring so much joy, but also a mix of uncertainty, exhaustion, and emotional vulnerability. I believe creating a support system throughout this journey is an important part of recovery, whether it's processing birth trauma, adjusting to identity shifts, managing postpartum anxiety or depression, or simply finding a safe space. Together, we can work toward building resilience, fostering emotional connection, and promoting mental wellness during this transition.

My approach to therapy

At StayWell Counseling, I offer a custom approach to each of my clients. By doing so, I start with understanding where you are and and the challenges you are facing. Although, I work largely with new mothers, I am also committed to working with families and adolescents through a variety of challenges.

What you can expect from me

Clients often walk away with a deeper understanding of their thoughts, feelings, and patterns. I help by connecting the dots between past experiences and present behaviors, giving them language and insight into their internal world. Clients also often feel supported and with clear goals to improve overall wellbeing.
