Great to meet you!

I’m a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who provides thoughtful, personalized care in a supportive and nonjudgmental space. I take the time to truly understand your concerns, your goals, and what’s most important to you.

My approach is both clinical and holistic—while I offer medication management when appropriate, I also integrate lifestyle, sleep, and evidence-informed strategies to support your overall well-being.

I value a collaborative, high-touch experience where you feel informed, comfortable, and involved in every step of your care. My goal is to help you feel more balanced, clear, and like yourself again—with a plan that is both effective and sustainable.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is warm, collaborative, and personalized to you. I take the time to really listen and understand what’s been going on—not just your symptoms, but your life, stressors, and what matters most to you.

I believe mental health isn’t one-size-fits-all, so we’ll work together to create a treatment plan that feels right for you. This may include medication, therapy-informed strategies, and lifestyle changes that support your overall well-being. I’ll always walk you through options, answer your questions, and make sure you feel comfortable with every decision.

I look at the whole picture—emotional, physical, and environmental factors—so we’re not just managing symptoms, but actually improving your quality of life.

Above all, I want you to feel supported, respected, and involved in your care. My goal is to help you feel more balanced, more in control, and like yourself again.

What you can expect from me

Starting care can feel like a big step, and I want you to feel comfortable from the very beginning. In our first session, my goal is to truly get to know you—your story, what you’ve been going through, and what you’re hoping will feel better.

You can expect a relaxed, judgment-free space where you feel heard and understood. We’ll talk through your symptoms, stressors, and any past treatment experiences, and begin to make sense of what’s going on together. I’ll offer guidance, education, and recommendations tailored to you—whether that includes medication, lifestyle changes, therapy, or a combination.

More than anything, I want you to leave that first session feeling a little lighter, with more clarity, and with a clear, realistic plan moving forward. You won’t be doing this alone—I’m here to support you every step of the way.
