Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing teletherapy for teens and adults in Oregon and California. While I’ve supported a wide range of mental health concerns in my practice, I currently focus on chronic stress, burnout, and trauma. I specialize in helping people who tend to have more sensitive nervous systems — often shaped by early childhood trauma, chronic relational stress, high emotional attunement, or years of self-override. It takes courage and effort to start therapy, so I’m glad you’re here.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is collaborative, trauma-informed, and strengths-based. Our work centers on creating enough safety in your body and in the room to explore your parts and patterns without judgment or shame. Rather than pushing for change, we listen closely to what your system is already communicating and make space for ways of thinking, feeling, and relating that better serve your needs.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I’ll share details on what therapy can look like and we’ll collaborate on what approach works best for you. I work from a trauma-informed lens, so sessions will always go at your pace and I am highly attuned to when we need to slow things down or take time to regulate. I’m always open to questions or feedback to make your experience in therapy feel safe and meaningful for you.
