Great to meet you!

I am a licensed professional counselor, and I work with adults (18+) who are students and professionals. I use evidence-based therapy modalities, including Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), attachment theory, and systems perspective, to teach clients how to change their thoughts and behavior patterns in a supportive, non-judgmental atmosphere. I earned my Masters in Community Counseling degree from Gonzaga University and have over ten years of experience.

My approach to therapy

I offer clients a safe and comfortable space to open up and discover healthier patterns and behaviors.

I encourage my clients to explore their pasts to understand and gain insights into their current behaviors and relational patterns.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to teach and support clients the skills they need to manage their thoughts and emotions independently so they don't need to rely on therapy.

I also have a Master's in Environmental Health, specializing in Ergonomics, from Colorado State University. I've worked in the occupational health and safety industry but came back to counseling because as much as I value general health and safety, I am drawn to helping to impact positive changes in emotional well-being on an individual level.
