Great to meet you!

Hi! My name is Halle. I am a licensed clinical social worker with over eight years of experience providing mental health and substance use services to individuals and families. I hold both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Social Work, completing my Master’s through an Advanced Standing program. My professional background includes clinical social work, addiction treatment, and clinical supervision.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is supportive, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s individual needs. I have training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Person-Centered Therapy and more. I work with clients experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, emotional regulation, and substance use.

What you can expect from me

I believe therapy should provide a safe and comfortable space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes at their own pace. My goal is to meet you where you are while helping you develop practical skills, build on your strengths, and work toward lasting growth and overall well-being.
