Great to meet you!

Hello there! Congrats on the brave choice you have made to reach out for help! I have a passion for helping people find healing and connection in their lives and relationships. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oklahoma and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of Kansas and have over 12 years experience serving hundreds of individuals and couples to help them find healing and live their best lives.

My approach to therapy

My counseling style is warm, engaging, and collaborative. I believe in treating every person with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I also don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines client centered treatment while also often utilizing emotionally focused therapy, narrative therapy, and cognitive-behavioral counseling approaches. This is a fancy way to say that I am knowledgeable in a wide range of therapy practices and modalities.

What you can expect from me

I have seen the pain of disconnection and the toll it takes. Big emotions are often prevalent: shame, loneliness, pain, and sadness among others. These are hard to manage and navigate on your own. I offer a safe environment for you to face the issues you'd like to address and heal from the things that are holding you back. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, infertility, or grief and loss, we can work together to facilitate change in your life.
