Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor, I know firsthand how important it is to care for your mental health and for LCMHC‐A clinicians to have steady, supportive supervision. Over the past 15 years, I’ve supported school-aged children, teenagers, adults, and couples through life’s challenges with compassion and clarity. Reaching out isn’t easy, but it’s one of the strongest steps you can take. Whether you’re looking for therapy or supervision, I’m here to help you move forward.

My approach to therapy

I provide a safe space in which you can be heard, encouraged, and challenged throughout your journey. Once we agree to work together, we’ll collaborate as partners in your therapy process. My approach emphasizes honest communication and empowering individuals to heal, find renewed energy, and discover their inner strengths. Because everyone’s needs are unique, we’ll come up with a personalized plan that helps you progress toward your goals.

What you can expect from me

I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. My goal is to keep things relaxed and welcoming, so you’ll feel comfortable being yourself and opening up. Throughout your therapeutic journey, I’ll be by your side, providing support and guidance as you work toward the kind of life you want.
