Great to meet you!

I believe that everyone no matter the age, has the ability to become more aware of their experience. I work through relational and narrative lenses, always keeping the relationship at the center of the work. I offer feedback and in the moment to help you develop insight on you may operate out in the world, and how this might be contributing to difficulties.

My approach to therapy

I am most drawn to clients who have been diagnosed or suspect they may have some form of neurodivergence. Whether diagnosed as a child or adult, you may still feel confused and want to understand what this new label means. Our work can help clients better understand their own identity in relation to all the systems working around them.

What you can expect from me

I am trained in a trauma-informed approach to the work, and I have received training in Internal Family Systems. I also enjoy incorporating creative arts into my practice. I can help you explore and come to terms with how your identity makes you unique in your own way.
