Great to meet you!

I earned my Master's degree in 2017 and worked with a variety of different populations and issues. These include children, active duty military/veterans, and individuals/families affected by chronic health issues, relationship issues, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in seeing people who are struggling with anxiety/depression, trauma, neurodivergence (autism, ADHD, etc), and chronic health issues. I use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) in my practice. I also pull from other modalities depending on the person in front of me.

What you can expect from me

Therapy shouldn't be a one-size-fits-all approach. We each approach life and all that life has to offer in different ways that highlight the diversity of the human experience. Sometimes we need a little help discovering what that looks like for us. I believe that change happens when we take a step back, open ourselves up to the possibilities, and learn how to work with ourselves and whatever life has thrown at us.
