Great to meet you!

I have a heart for serving first responders and their families, especially dispatch and Emergency Medical Services personnel. I am an Emergency Responder & Public Safety Certified Clinician. I worked as the Mental Health & Wellness Coordinator within Oklahoma’s largest EMS agency and completed over 100 hours of ride-alongs within Oklahoma City and Tulsa. I am trained in Critical Incident Stress Management to provide post critical incident support. I am currently only taking on clients who identify as first responders and/or their adult family members/significant others.

My approach to therapy

I offer a safe space for you to be yourself without fear of judgement. I will help you find solutions that make sense and work for you. I’ll never push you to talk about something you’re not ready for but I will call you on your bullshit and encourage forward momentum. I find it important to balance directness with compassion and make space for dark humor. I offer EMDR, IFS, Making Sense of Your Worth, and CBT therapy.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel welcome and understood. I aim to provide a space that allows clients to feel seen, heard, and valued. We can work through whatever life throws your way, process trauma, and build positive self-worth.
