Great to meet you!

I am a fully licensed therapist with Empower Psychotherapy, bringing 5 years of experience across the mental health field. My background spans outpatient community mental health as well as acute and residential care in inpatient behavioral health settings. I received both my Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern Arkansas University. As a tele-health therapist licensed in Arkansas, I am deeply passionate about helping people become who they are. Whether you are seeking an online therapist for social anxiety, identity concerns, or career transitions, or a tele-health psychologist perspective for trauma recovery, I provide dedicated mental health services online grounded in empathy and respect.

My approach to therapy

When you work with me, you will find a safe, person-centered, and relational space to explore, share, and feel. My style as a tele-health therapist for Arkansas residents is built on the belief that humans have a profound ability to heal through insight and integration. In our online therapy sessions, we will explore the parts of yourself you may have hidden to cope or out of shame, allowing you to gently reconnect and redefine who you are. I utilize the comfort and safety of tele-health to create a nonjudgmental environment where your story and your voice truly matter, helping you navigate relational concerns, motivation dysfunction, or persistent anxiety.

What you can expect from me

My process begins with creating a supportive therapeutic connection tailored to your unique journey and lived experiences. Our first session we will learn about each other and take things at your pace! During our further tele-health psychotherapy sessions, I integrate a wide range of evidence-based modalities, including CBT, DBT, Humanistic, Narrative, Gestalt, Emotion-Focused, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) techniques. A typical session of tele-health counseling may involve nervous system regulation, mindfulness, narrative exploration, emotion and thought analysis, or radical acceptance. Through these tele-health therapy services, my goal is to provide trauma-informed care that helps young adults and adults process painful memories, move through life transitions, and experience lasting healing.
