Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate, person-centered therapist dedicated to supporting individuals through life’s many seasons and challenges. With a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, three years of licensed counseling experience, and over ten years in the helping field, I bring both professional training and real-world experience to my work with clients.

My approach is grounded in trauma-informed care, creating a safe, respectful space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. I believe healing begins by meeting you exactly where you are, without judgment or pressure.

I incorporate EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy to help clients process and move through past experiences that may be impacting their present. Whether you are navigating trauma, life transitions, anxiety, or simply feeling stuck, I work collaboratively with you to foster growth, resilience, and meaningful change.

My goal is to walk alongside you as you explore your experiences, build on your strengths, and move toward a greater sense of balance and well-being—at your own pace and in your own way.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is grounded in a client-centered, collaborative framework that prioritizes understanding each individual’s unique experiences, needs, and goals. I strive to create a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts, emotions, and challenges at their own pace.

I focus on meeting clients where they are, recognizing their current stage of change, readiness, and personal context. Through active listening and ongoing assessment, I work to gain a comprehensive understanding of the factors contributing to their symptoms and overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

Your first therapy session is usually less about “diving straight into problems” and more about building a foundation. Think of it as a structured conversation where the therapist is getting to know you, while you’re also figuring out if they’re a good fit.
