Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who believes therapy works best when it feels like a genuine, collaborative relationship. My approach is warm, laid-back, and strengths-based, while still offering the structure and support you need to make meaningful, lasting changes.

I work with adults, teens, and families, helping you navigate life transitions, relationship difficulties, emotional struggles, and the lingering impact of past experiences. My work is trauma-informed and person-centered, grounded in psychodynamic principles and thoughtfully integrated with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all method, I carefully tailor my approach to your unique needs, personality, and goals.

My approach to therapy

I see you as the expert on your own life. My role is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel understood, supported, and free to be yourself. Together, we explore what is getting in the way, build on the strengths you already have, and move toward a life that feels more authentic, connected, and fulfilling.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, laid-back atmosphere where there is no pressure to have everything figured out before we start. I am open-minded and affirming, and I will meet you exactly where you are. Whether you are working through something specific or simply trying to feel more like yourself again, I am here to help you find your way forward.
